As all our products and services are digital in nature and are delivered electronically, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.

No Refund Policy

Once a payment has been successfully processed for any service offered by Career Dekho, it is considered final and non-refundable.

No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after making the payment.

  • Failure to use the purchased service.

  • Incorrect selection of a service by the user.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations.

  • Delay in completing the assessment by the user.

  • Failure to attend or respond to scheduled consultation sessions.

  • Incorrect information provided by the user during registration or assessment.

No Return Policy

Since Career Dekho offers digital services and online assessments, there are no physical products to return. Therefore, our services are not eligible for return or exchange.

Consultation Services

Fees paid for career consultations, expert guidance sessions, counselling, or advisory services are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

If a consultation needs to be rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances, Career Dekho may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternate appointment, subject to availability.

Technical Issues

If you experience any genuine technical issues while accessing our website or online assessment platform, please contact our support team immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive the service you have purchased.

Technical assistance does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact us with your payment details. After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment will be processed appropriately.

Cancellation Policy

Orders and bookings cannot be cancelled once payment has been successfully completed and the service has been activated or scheduled.
